Established in 2016 by development practitioners, the Pan-African Center for Research and Evaluation (PACRE) offers consultancy in research, evaluation, and capacity building from a Pan-African perspective.
PACRE is committed to supporting talented African youth in discovering and developing their skills to sustainably address Africa’s challenges through non-profit and patriotic projects.
Our team is made up of highly qualified, versatile, experienced, innovative, and dynamic development practitioners in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Horn of Africa, and Ghana
